Terms & Cancellation Policy

Booking

• Reservations are accepted from 24 hours to 1 month in advance. Urgent rides may be booked as little as 30 minutes before pick-up, subject to availability.
• Changes to a reservation require at least 1 hour notice before pick-up.
• A quote is confirmed once our team replies with the final price.

Cancellation & refunds

• No fee if cancelled 4 or more hours before pick-up.
• 100% charge if cancelled after the driver arrives (30 minutes before pick-up).
• Full refund if your driver is late beyond a 10–15 minute grace period.

Waiting time & delays

• 15 minutes of free waiting at every pick-up.
• Flights are tracked in real time; there is no extra charge for airline delays.

Payment

We accept credit card, cash, Venmo and Zelle. Prices include applicable taxes; there are no hidden charges.

In the vehicle

• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Alcohol and snacks are not allowed. Complimentary bottled water is provided.
• Luggage should be stored in the designated cargo area. Tell us your bag count when booking so we can send a suitable vehicle.
• Child seats (infant, toddler, booster) are available on request.
• Items left behind will be safely returned to the passenger.
